NanoLead does not store sensitive payment credentials. We and our payment service providers may process payment-related information necessary to process transaction charges (including the ₹5 payment verification charge), verify payment status, activate or manage the subscription and billing process, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain transaction records where legally or operationally required.

When an organization cancels or terminates its subscription, its account and CRM data may remain available for a limited period according to the applicable subscription terms and our operational deletion procedures.
Information contained in backups may remain for a limited period after deletion as part of our backup and disaster-recovery processes, after which it is deleted or overwritten in accordance with our retention practices.

Depending on your account type, role, and applicable law, you may request deletion of personal information associated with your account.
Organization administrators may also control or request deletion of information belonging to their organization, subject to the applicable subscription agreement and legal requirements.
